Performance Tuning
There is no comprehensive or standard way to tune an AGRESSO database at the time of implementation. Over time the performance of the database will deteriorate. This may range from seemingly negligible degradation of performance, through to the AGRESSO system becoming virtually unusable.

Disaster Recovery
Do you have any procedures or redundancy in the event of hardware failure or other data loss?

How much data could you afford to lose? And how much would you lose? Also, how long would the AGRESSO system be unavailable before the system was operational again?

Remote AGRESSO DBA Service
Daily remote AGRESSO DBA service to check that the AGRESSO database server is running optimally and that the data is secure. Or alternatively if you require someone to visit your site on a regular basis to discuss and sort out issues, apply patches, check that the systems are running optimally and just provide general technical advice.

RDBMS Upgrades
When required, we can upgrade your the RDBMS software to the latest release. Both SQL Server and Oracle.

AGRESSO Business World Upgrades
AGRESSO upgrades range in degrees of difficulty. Some may take several hours, others several days. All involve downtime and unavailability of the AGRESSO system. Both ABW service pack ugrades and major ABW upgrades can be carried out. To minimise downtime these upgrades can be carried out of hours or at the weekend.

AGRESSO Business World Installation
Installations of AGRESSO Business Servers, AGRESSO Web Servers and RDBMS servers can be provided. These can be for any purpose and can incorporate the installation of the Windows or Linux operating system if required.
