After the initial installations of the AGRESSO servers have taken place, there will be little requirement to build new servers in the short term. However, over a period of time there will be circumstances where AGRESSO servers do require (re)building and configuring. These may include, but are not limited to:-

• The servers require rebuilding because the operating system requires upgrading
• The hardware requires replacing
• The server has become unreliable
• More Business or Web servers are required to meet the increasing user load
• Test upgrades are required, but the existing test system is being used for alternative testing or development
• Additional servers require setting up, such as training servers, development servers for example

Installations can be carried out either in situation on site or via a remote connection. This will be the complete installation, configuration and all associated tasks of installing the AGRESSO Business Server or AGRESSO Web server. Or it could be the complete installation and configuration of the database server. In all circumstances this can include the complete rebuild of the operating system as well if required.
